World Orphan Relief was created to lift this vulnerable population
out of the depths of poverty to a place of Hope.  There are 143
million Orphans worldwide as of 2003, according to data provided
by UNICEF, with very few organizations specifically focused on this
group of children.

The scope of this need is enormous, but we are confident that
together we can make a difference for these beautiful children.
We as a society can no longer hold these little ones responsible
for their circumstances.  We are blessed to be in a position to
serve God's children and our hope is that you will be involved in
some way.

As an organization our journey is just beginning.  We have moved
aggressively to assist orphans in Myanmar, Mexico, and Zambia in
a number of different ways.  There have been many that have
joined us over this time, and we look forward to the many others
we will meet along the way.

Please enjoy our site as we better attempt to communicate with
the public.  Our collective hearts are broken by these children in
need, but our spirits are filled with the Hope knowing that we can
help in some way.

World Orphan Relief is a Christian relief agency serving orphans
worldwide.  The need is great, and the workers are few.  We look
forward to you joining our efforts to make a difference in these
little lives.
What Orphans Need

These kids are no different that the kids down your street.  They
are probably living in a more impoverished area, the life
expectancy in their community is probably less, and they are
more likely to live in an area of conflict.  If we don't help, who
will?
World Orphan Relief is a Christian relief agency serving Orphans in need and a recognized U.S.
Public charity, tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3).  All donations are tax deductible to the extent of
the law.

MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to provide
loving support for
Orphans fostering a
greater capacity for
physical, spiritual, and
emotional healing and
growth.
African Orphans

In 2001, 34 million
children in sub-Saharan
Africa were orphans,
one-third of them due to
AIDS (USAID, 2002)
Christmas Over the
Border - 2007

This mission was quite
an improvement over last
year's effort in terms of
the number of children
we served:  200+ this
year with your help.  Our
team included twenty
people and we were able
to visit with children from
four different homes.

We delivered Christmas
presents, food, and other
needed supplies as we
visited Juarez, Mexico,
over December 28-29th.
